Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept operates: 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. 

Placing Your Order
You may place an Order via Xiaomi by Switch Concept Online Store at www.switchconcept.com.my

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected under these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your order at our discretion. Upon order acceptance, an order confirmation will be provided to you via email.

Supply of Your Products
Subject to these terms and conditions, the product(s) shipped will be based on your Order Confirmation.
When your Order has been shipped, an email notification will be delivered to you.

Delivery of Your Products

Xiaomi by Switch Concept delivers to addresses only within Malaysia.

The estimated shipment commencement is based on product availability, payment processing period and warehouse processing period and also, transit time. Payment processing will begin when the required payment information and payment transaction is fulfilled. 

Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of your Products will be made to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If recipient is unavailable during delivery of parcel, the courier will leave a notification card requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box

If the delivered product(s) exhibits symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon unboxing. You may contact feedback@switchconcept.com.my or WhatsApp to +60164411800 within 3 calendar days of the received date. A reverse pickup will be arranged. Replacement of the product will commence when the product have been verified by Xiaomi by Switch Concept.

i) Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. Our online store representative will contact you within 2-3 days of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.

ii) Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

Xiaomi by Switch Concept HQ will determine the DOA eligibility of the DOA product.

DOA Terms and Conditions

This DOA policy applies only to Xiaomi branded hardware products currently offered at the Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept. Switch Concept reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. The DOA for Xiaomi branded products and other Non-Xiaomi branded products offered at Xiaomi Online Store may differ.

If the product(s) is deemed to be DOA by Switch Concept more than 5 calendar days after the received date, Xiaomi’s standard product warranty will apply.

Switch Concept reserves the right to verify and test the returned product for DOA eligibility. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Switch Concept may impose a handling fee.

Defective Items

Xiaomi Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Xiaomi-branded product, please contact feedback@switchconcept.com.my or WhatsApp to +60164411800. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Proof of Purchase

Switch Concept will send an Order Confirmation via email if you have included an email address with your order.

Return Policy
Please choose carefully when shopping at the Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept. Our sales consultants will be happy to match a solution to your needs.
Refunds and exchanges will be provided in line with your rights as a consumer and the additional policies and warranties summarised below. A refund will be considered in the event the goods:

    • are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a defect);
    • are unfit for a purpose that you disclosed to us; or
    • do not match the description by which they were sold; or
  • where otherwise required by statute.

Refunds will not be provided upon change of decision after order have been confirmed.
In certain circumstances, item will be send to the manufacturer for assessment to determine if the product is entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If we accept merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we may charge a 15% restocking fee if the goods have been opened, or the packaging is damaged.
We recommend that you retain your proof of purchase.

Refunds
Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept refunds are processed within 14 working days. When returning a product for a refund, you may be contacted for your name, address, bank account number and signature as authorisation for the refund transaction into your back account or credit card.
