Does Xiaomi by Switch Concept cater for international customers?
Xiaomi by Switch Concept currently caters and ships to only Malaysian market. We regret to inform, that any order shipment to locations outside of Malaysia will not be entertained.

How long is the shipping process?
After your purchase has been booked, order processing will take 1-2 working days. Actual delivery of your product is subject to courier’s discretion, averagely requires 2-5 working days. Do take note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my shipment?
Please visit here and key in your tracking code to get an update on the whereabouts of your parcel.
ProcessedPurchase has been completed and our staffs are in the midst of preparing your product for shipment. Please allow 1 working days after confirmation of purchase.
ShippedProducts have been shipped out from our warehouse. Tracking number is provided via email and website notification.

Shipping status and progress will be updated by the partnered courier. Kindly contact 1-300-300-300 for enquiries.

How are the shipping rates calculated?
Xiaomi by Switch Concept customers from Peninsular & East Malaysia can enjoy a flat rate shipping fee of RM15 for purchase below RM250.
Please take note that shipping prices are only applicable throughout Malaysia. We do not ship Internationally.

I have not received my product, what should I do?
Please provide the appointed courier a call directly to locate your shipment.Kindly contact 1-300-300-300 for enquiries.

My parcel has been returned to Xiaomi by Switch Concept, why did that happen?
The following possibilities could have occurred:
Mismatched shipping address provided during purchase.
Item was not pickup after 3 days at Courier Facility Office.
The deliverer is unable to contact you or your intended receiver during delivery.
If a second rescheduled shipping is arrange, the cost of shipping will be reverted to the customer.
Mi by Switch Concept recommends to double check and confirm your shipping address during purchase.

What is the order cutoff time for express shipment?
Orders received before 12pm of next business day will be processed within the same working day. Orders received after 12pm of next business day will be processed on the consecutive working day. Please take note that Mi by Switch Concept reserves the right to change the cut off time and date.

What do I do if I give the wrong shipment information?
Change of shipping address and information at Xiaomi’s website by Switch Concept can be done before finalising of any order.
In the event of an shipping address amendment, navigate to your account information settings page by clicking your email on the top right corner. You may amend the shipping information under “Customer Addresses”.

How do I check my order history?
Click your email link on the top right corner; it will referred you to your account details page. Navigate to customer orders and click ‘details’ on the corresponding order you are interested in.

Payment Information

1. What payment portals are available?
Xiaomi by Switch Concept currently utilises MOLPay (Malaysian Online Payment Service) which supports various merchants.

2. Can I use VISA or Master cards to purchase on Xiaomi Online Store?
The options for Visa or Master cards to purchase products are available.

3. How about interbank transactions?
We offer interbank payments including those affiliated with MEPS. Merchants include Maybank2U, Public Bank, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect Online etc.

4. I have encountered some difficulties with Xiaomi’s online payment system, what should I do?

5. Does Switch accept direct bank transfers, bank drafts, cheque, concealed cash etc as mode of payment?
To ensure that your transaction is safe and secure, we currently only accept payment through the MOLPay portal. Any other form of payment method will not be applicable. 

6. Is the price shown on the Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept inclusive of GST? 
The prices displayed on the Xiaomi Online Store by Switch Concept includes GST.
